I am a sole practitioner dedicated to helping injured workers obtain the workers' compensation benefits they deserve - and to which they are entitled - in a quick and effective manner. I have dedicated the last 17 years to helping injured workers and their families aggressively take on the insurance companies. I have no reluctance whatsoever in taking a case to trial.

I only receive an attorney fee if you prevail, and workers' compensation attorney fees are set by law. Fees are contingent upon the injured worker obtaining a settlement or an award. The more money you get, the more money I get. It is in both of our best interest that I get the best settlement possible for you. Attorney fees range from around 12% to 15% of the injured worker's recovery. If there is no recovery, there is no fee and there is no charge for the initial consultation.
