About Us
I am a certified specialist in workers' compensation and I handle workers' compensation cases exclusively. I have extensive experience in the field. I graduated from the Emory University Law School in 1989. I have been in private practice in San Francisco since 1992, exclusively representing the injured worker before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. I have handled all types of industrial injury claims, and particularly those involving serious physical injuries.
My extensive experience as an attorney representing the injured worker not only provides for excellent knowledge of the law, but also assists in the coordination of related benefits that can be integrated into the workers' compensation system. This includes Social Security disability, long-term disability, State disability and the possibility of a civil suit for general damages.
